I've spent 20+ years building software, from early-stage startups to companies scaling through hundreds of employees. That path taught me something most tech vendors never learn: the best technology in the world means nothing if it doesn't match how a business actually operates.
RealWorld started from a straightforward observation. Most business owners have a clear picture of what they need. But there's a massive gap between that picture and something real: bad vendors, generic software, teams that build what they're told instead of what's needed.
